TORSION SPRINGS

Compression springs cylindrical, conical and multi shape, with constant or variable pitch, round, square or rectangular wire.
Quantities: From a unit up to millions.
Wire range: From 0,10 mm up to 14,00 mm.
Raw material: The materials used usually are:
- Carbon wire class SL, SM, DH according to EN 10270-1, also galvanized and Bezinal® or Galfan®
- Wire in steel Chrome Silicon oil tempered FD, TD, VD Cr-Si according to EN 10270-2.2
- Wire in stainless steel 1.4310, 1.4310 HS, 1.4568, 1.4404 according to EN 10270-3 y type 1.4301, 1.4539 according to EN 10088,3.
- Cupper alloys: Brass and phosphor bronze according to EN 12166.
- High performance alloys: Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Nimonic, Titanio, 17-7 PH, Ni-Span, Elgiloy etc..

Surface treatments:
- Epoxy varnish.
- Cataphoresis varnish.
- Barniz Zintek®.
- Geomet 320®, Magni 565® and all products of the range Magni, Deltatone®.
- White and yellow trivalent galvanisation (free from Cr VI).
- Phosphated to zinc, to calcium.
- Passivation.
- Aesthetic nickel and chrome platings, thick chrome, hard chrome, chemical nickel, gold, silver, brass, copper
- Teflon coating.
