Phosphating

The phosphating process generates a chemical transformation of the metal surface whose function is to avoid possible oxidation products.

Is a conversion treatment of the metal surface, whereby the metal is attacked, forming a microcrystalline layer of zinc phosphate or calcium depending on the technique and systems used.
