Electropolished

Electropolishing is a manufacturing process applied to the surfaces of an object electrically conductive, as is stainless steel.

The time and voltage applied to contact the part, should be regulated, because depending on the chemical composition, malleability, and other characteristics of the piece, the current travels and covers up causing the surface layer acquires even more consistent finish by particles removed, so it can be said that the metal part is subjected to a "polished by electricity". For this, the edges and detailed work can lose its qualities as the banks are achatarán, if the workpiece under the process is left over due time and voltage. Not all materials can be electropolished.

Another consideration, is to submit to process parts with deep holes, as the closest to the outer or exposed surfaces, tell yourself the circumferential sections of the cylinder banks, tend to widen disproportionately the rest of the hole.

In our case the offer the possibility electropolishing process the entire range of stainless steels whether or not high performance.
