SPRING DESIGN
Muelles CROM calculates and designs all types of both round wire spring as rectangular and square sections with all materials. Both carbon steel and stainless and high performance materials as Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel all very difficult to treat because of their structural complexity and so adverse to the thermo-physical treatments reaction.
Our design range covers all the parts we manufacture. From compression springs and torsion strength according to EN 13906-1, 2 and 3 until strip, stamping, various shapes and complex metal parts. We offer all types of CAD formats such as DWG, DXF, STP, IGS, DGN, CATPart, IAM, IPT, PRT and SAT
Print of results and extracts: deflection curves / strain diagrams Goodman, Graphic buckling diagrams module temperature condition, loading and service life, 3D views from any position etc .. as well as animated simulations Video HD.
Also available Muelles CROM CROM-art test benches to perform Ad-ons Test and to certify that we have designed and we offer also the possibility of drawing acc to DIN/EN with flat elevation and cross-sectional drawings.
